Change in board ownership - I am stepping down

I am stepping down as owner of this board. I have been a part of this community since it started and have been moderating for quite some time. I love AG as do my girls and I enjoy sharing that with so many of you. That is why I chose to moderate and why I took the board when Ann decided to retire. So why am I stepping down as owner now? Well, to be honest, I am tired. The board has been a handful lately and I found myself taking it all very personally to the point where the board was not fun to me anymore and I was losing sleep over it. So, to me that means I need a break.

Tracy (OSusannah) had agreed to take over the board. I am sure she will do a great job. And I hope you all welcome her to her new role on the board.

As for me, I will be around. Probably not as much as before, but I will stop in regularly. I will remain on the moderator team for now, but won't be near as involved as before. I may leave the moderator team completely later if this break isn't enough. I still love AG, I just don't want to feel I have to be here everyday and read every thread. I want it to be fun again. Thanks to all of you who supported me these few months. I am sorry I am changing owners so soon after I took Ann's spot, but I hope you all understand and support Tracy in her new role.

Oh rats, I'm so sorry to hear this! I'm sure that running this Board is a full time job but I hope you aren't too burned out. Please do stay on as a regular member????

I'm sorry to hear this, Bonnie, but I completely understand. I'm sure this has been a difficult time. You don't want your responsibility to this board to ruin your love of AG collecting with your daughters.
